Payment

We accept payments in US dollars, euros, Russian rubles, Chinese yuan, as well as in cryptocurrency.

Shipment of goods

Shipment of the ordered and paid goods is made within 3 working days. Upon completion of the shipment, the buyer is provided with a tracking number for the parcel.

Delivery of goods

Delivery of goods is carried out by Russian Post. The cost of delivery by Russian Post is included in the final cost of the goods and is the same for all countries of the world.

Product warranty.

Free repair/replacement warranty is one year.

We are extremely grateful to our customers who take the time to review our microphones. For such customers, we provide an extended five-year warranty. In order to get into the extended warranty program, you need to make a video review of the purchased microphones, or a comparison of their work with any other microphones. Place it on any video hosting and send us a link to the video.
